Welcome to day 1 of our 7 Day Feetup Challenge, today we'll be working on the all-important core & glute muscles, these stabilizing muscles are vital for all inversions, headstands, handstands, crow pose you name it. Strengthing the core will help with balance and stabilize you in your inversions, soon you'll be lifting those feet with confidence. Take your time and build the muscles slowly by repeating this video as often as needed until you feel ready to take your headstands to the next level.
