CAMERA ROTATION TRANSITION (QUICK TUTORIAL) using a Camera & Tripod, an Air Mattress & After Effects

Here is a quick tutorial to show how I created a camera rotation effect with my Director of Photography on a recent music video I made for Jon Mero (NBC 'The Voice' Finalist) Feat. Jonathan Stewart (NFL Pro Bowl Running Back). This can be done with a tripod (use only two legs for rotation), a camera (shoot in 4K), an air mattress and Adobe After Effects. While shooting, make sure the lighting matches up in your shots (especially the ones your are combining), and be sure to line the subject up in the same exact position and location while shooting (otherwise it will look choppy when you combine shots). Attention to these specific details in the filming process will save you a lot of frustration in post, especially if you are limited on time. I did this entire effect with natural lighting.
