In this video we completely overhaul a retro 1990's mountain bike.... The Cannondale F700. The bicycle will be going through a complete strip down and rebuild. It will have most of the parts upgraded, But trying to keep them within the same period of components as the bike. We show the process involved for maintenance servicing on the parts and how to transform them back to top working condition. The whole bike has become very tired & dirty over the years, So now it is time to restore life back in to this iconic bike. Keep posted for how we carry out all of the refurbishments on the vintage & retro bike components. - Back in 1996 the Cannondale F700 was high in the Cannondale hierarchy. The F700 sat in third place in the hardtail line up, Being out spec'd by the F1000 & F3000 models. The frame was the exact same CAAD3 model, On all of the models.
