This is a residential elevator in the townhome of my cousins in Tampa, Florida. It was manufactured by Thyssenkrupp but I think it was installed by LEV. It serves 5 floors, including the garage which is literally less than a foot below the ground floor. The button panel is a little confusing because the buttons list the floors as 1-5, while the panel itself lists them as Garage-4.
