Saurav Kumar Boruah, engages in a captivating conversation with Maitrayee Patar. ‪@maitrayee_patar‬ is a singer, lyricist, poet, and researcher of Sociology from Assam, India. She writes in both Assamese and English. Holding a postgraduate degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics and an M.Phil in Women’s Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, Maitrayee is currently pursuing her PhD at Tezpur University. Professionally trained as an Indian vocalist, Maitrayee has garnered critical acclaim for her songs. She is also a co-founder of Baartalaap, a musical record company based in Mumbai. Additionally, Maitrayee has authored two poetry collections, namely "Mur Kolmou Dinor Xunali Baat" (2015) and "Dingit Goja Pani Mongoh" (2020). Her poems have been translated into various Indian and foreign languages, including Italian, Nepali, Hindi, Tiwa, and Malayalam.    / @maitrayee_patar   Saurav Kumar Boruah is a national and international award winning photographer and a poet.
