A few days before we went to the island of Siquijor we heard that there were "witches" in the mountains, it took us a fair amount of research to actually find where to go and how to find them as a simple Google search isn't enough. We met a witch in Siquijor and it was one of the coolest experiences we have had in the Philippines so far. The faith healer that we met was very friendly, open to chatting about the potions and the method that he used (Tuob Ug Hilot). Siquijor is famous for beautiful beaches, incredible waterfalls and a chill vibe but there is a mystic legend in the mountains!
