Tried this for 10ish hours with impact crater spam and couldn't go lower than 4:19, then I swapped to elemental hammer with Impact Burst got this run in like 30 minutes, it's so much stronger. When trying to spam impact crater you need to be smart and try to get exhaust dunks on his pounces by keeping the exhaust threshold locked at 1 (it locks at 1 during any KO or Trip) then popping it with a water strike. But elemental hammer with impact burst does so much damage you don't really care about exhaust dunks, just mash the head and flinch lock it to death. Run could be faster/a bit smoother but getting this guy to not fly and waste a bunch of time is insanely hard so I'm happy with this for now. Oh, Goss also likes to invade early if he's on the map and kill your runs too...
