Included in these upgrades is a stout 350 CID Chevrolet V8 engine that was rebuilt by Jasper Engine & Transmission about 8-10,000 miles ago. This engine has an extremely long life ahead of it. It is mated to a smooth shifting 400 automatic transmission which has also been rebuilt at the same time as the engine. If you take a look at the front and rear end of the vehicle you will notice that it has been adapted from a Toyota Land Cruiser to enhance the capabilities of the station wagon. The paint has been redone in a maroon/white combo and the interior was finished in maroon/brown vinyl. Together they look beautiful. The cabin is kept cool with a fully functioning air conditioning system for those hot summer days. If you had one of these back in 1962 you might remember songs like I Can’t Stop Loving You by Ray Charles playing through the radio for the first time.
