Tournesol is the strongest Greatsword in the game. It has ATK +138 and EVA +30. By not having any additional effect, this weapon is very useful for defeating without hassles the most of enemies in the game. However, Tournesol requires several rare pieces of loot to be crafted at the Bazaar. For this reason, in this video, I will show you the fastest and easier way to get Tournesol. General Requirements Before detailing the items that you need to make Tournesol at the Bazaar, I want to provide you an overview of the general requirements that you need to complete before to try to get this weapon. First off, you need to get some monographs! These monographs enhance the frequency and quality of loot from particular kinds of monsters. In other words, with monographs, you will get "rare" loots from enemies. In this particular case, you need to get Hunter's Monograph and Warmage's Monograph. Hunter's Monograph is obtained after completing Thextera Hunt and talk to merchant Gatsly at Muthru Bazaar in Rabanastre. And Warmage's Monograph is obtained after examinining any hunt bulletin board more than 20 times. Some items will be obtained from a certain enemies called "Trophy Rare Game". These enemies are the rare version of other enemies, but they never respawn once killed. So, be very careful with them. Trophy Rare Game enemies appear in the game after starting a sidequest called Hunting Rare Game. This sidequest is located in Phon Coast, Hunter's Camp section. You have to talk to group of bangaa hunters and defeat the first Trophy Rare Game enemy called Thalassinon. And finally, the most of enemies needed to make Tournesol will be accessible after facing Doctor Cid in Archades. In order to get Tournesol from the Baazar, you need to get the next items: 3 Gemsteel, 3 Empyreal Soul and 3 Serpentarius. Some of these items can be obtained as reward from hunting missions or from enemies as loot, however all of these items come from the bazaar mainly. In order to get Gemsteel from the Baazar, you need to get the next items: 1 Scarletite, 2 Damascus Steel and 2 Hell-Gate's Flame. In order to get Serpentarius from the Baazar, you need to get the next items: 4 Snake Skin, 2 Serpent Eye and 1 High Arcana. In order to get Empyreal Soul from the Baazar, you need to get the next items: 2 Wargod's Band, 1 Soul Powder and 1 High Arcana.
