In this video I show you where the cylinders are in a Lexus ES 300. The cylinders are numbered one through six, and in this video I show you a diagram of the spark plug firing order and also show you on the engine where all of the different cylinders are located. The front cylinders are very easy to get to if you need to change the spark plugs, but the back cylinders are very difficult to reach, and you have to remove the intake manifold to get to them. Hopefully if your engine that gives you a trouble code for a misfire, and you need to change the spark plug, it is one of the cylinders in the front. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
