Prawn Rissoles (Rissóis de Camarão) are a delicious contribution the Portuguese made to the Goan cuisine. These half-moons are part of nearly every catered house party! A moist Prawn filling cooked in a Béchamel sauce wrapped up in a soft pastry covered in crisp crumbs— they do make great appetizers :) So give this recipe a try.
