This is a bit rough, and I hesitated releasing it, but the premise of this channel is to share music that's approachable to anyone regardless of their skill level, access to recording equipment, or ability to hire professional sound engineers. So feel free to cringe. 😉 In honor of St. Paddy's Day yesterday, this is an arrangement I worked up almost three decades ago as a teenager. I used to sit at the piano at church practicing purely by ear while my mom printed and folded bulletins. I hadn't played this in ages, so my form is poor and my fingers are a bit rusty, but hopefully the wistful longing of the Londonderry Air comes across and fills your mind with the heartbreaking beauty of the Emerald Isle.
