A caravan of 100 law enforcement officers from 16 agencies across Texas arrived in Houston this afternoon (July 11) to help the Houston Police Department during the widespread power outages across the city due to Hurricane Beryl with traffic enforcement where lights are out and increased patrol in neighborhoods still without power.
