My 2 Bedroom Apartment Tour and how I decorated on a tight budget one year later. I talk about what is the most important things to make your apartment feel like a home. After 8 years I was very scared to move...I was used to where I was...but the new place was bigger with a balcony...a garage, an office, dishwasher, and pantry...it would cost more per month but still, it was affordable. I bought or found 14 new pieces of furniture and art and a ton of great things this last year at the thrift stores!!! I love my place here! What I have grown to love most of all is the sound of the woods...it is so peaceful here and I have started writing a book of poems long overdue.. The apartment comes in at about 920 square feet. . I think moving truly is the most exciting wonderful misery known to woman.
