"We take about 35,000 decisions every day. How many out of those decisions do you remember taking today? I don’t think you’d be able to tell me more than 3-5 because what happens is your conscious mind only makes a few decisions. The subconscious mind makes the rest. All the decisions you make are based on the past experiences you have had earlier, and based on that information, your brain makes decisions for your present and your future. You can never fight your subconscious mind. For the decisions, you need to take consciously, instead of overthinking, make sure you don’t take more than five counts to make them. Take it, see where it goes, and drop or change it if it doesn’t work out. At most, you will either succeed or fail. If it didn’t work out, look at your decision and ask yourself what you can do better to avoid this outcome in the future. If you still think you are an over-thinker then this video is for you!
