In this special Eid vlog, I share my heartfelt experience of celebrating my first Eid in Canada, far from my beloved family. Even though I deeply miss being with them, I am reminded of the sacrifices we're making for a better future. Our day began with the beautiful and serene Eid Namaz, which set a peaceful tone for the day. After prayers, we headed out for a traditional breakfast of naan, channay, lassi, and chai—deliciously reminding us of home. After taking a break to relax and reflect, we gathered again for a splendid dinner featuring rich and flavorful dishes like nehari and butter chicken. It turned out to be a fulfilling and joyous day, thanks to the wonderful support from my friends Hammad and Hamdan, who made this celebration memorable.
