In this 30-minute pilates workout, we use light hand weights to add extra resistance and strength work for additional full body sculpting. These weights should be light, only 2-3 lbs. However, if you don’t have weights, you can use water bottles or cans of food; and you can always do all of the exercises without the weights as well.
