PAYDAY 2 - Perk Deck Tier List 2022 (Beginner & Advanced Level)

A slightly different take on perks. There aren't too many perk related tier lists in general, and if there are some then they're poorly made because people are like: "Never played this deck, heard it's bad, low tier.", "People said this deck is good, high tier."... I think this list is also the first one to talk about the beginner death sentence level as well, so it should make it slightly more interesting. At the end of the day it's important to have your own opinion and it's best to base it on your own experience with the game while making sure the perk was experienced right. There's a lot of subjective stuff about this game, but if people say tag team is the worst deck in the game or armorer is bad, then how can they be taken seriously when it's obvious they either haven't played them or haven't seen some of the other decks.
