FAKE VS REAL DIOR SAUVAGE PERFUME

The price of the original Dior Sauvage perfume varies between 100 -120 euro, the fake 10 – 70 euro. Please note, online pictures may be real, check the site’s return policy. The packaging says a lot about a fake perfume. The original Dior Sauvage perfume features the sticker (CD) centered, versus the crooked fake one. The foil on the box must be in line. The original perfume box has a darker tint than the fake box. The front of the box is identical, only the print quality differs (EAU DE TOILETTE VAPORISATEUR SPRAY). A safety element is the text at the bottom of the box (100ML 3.4 FL OZ), the original box has the text engraved while on the fake box is just written. The back of the box features the text (pictured below). Both boxes feature the same text, the difference is in the letters’ thickness. Open the box, inside the cover you should see a fly right in the middle. Carefully check the two lines (top, cover end). The holder of the original box is located on the right and features two holes (left side), versus the fake holder that has no holes. The original Dior Sauvage perfume bottle has a darker tint than the fake one. Carefully check the lid of the bottle, the original is glossy versus the fake one which is matte. Another safety element is the fly inside the lid and a circle. PLEASE NOTE, BOTH LIDS FEATURE THE MAGNETIC SYSTEM. The nozzle of the original perfume is black (carefully check the spray nozzle, it must be well centered), the push button is lower than the fake one. The push button must be shiny. The logo CD is thicker than the original. The text on the bottom of the fake bottle is of poor quality and doesn’t feature a serial number (e.g. 5Z13 – engraved). The serial number (e.g. 5Z13 – ENGRAVED) must match the one on the bottom of the box, if this serial number doesn’t match or is missing, then you are dealing with a fake.
