Making The Mask From The Movie "THE MASK" - Aluminum Sand Casting Method

How do you make a mask from a sand mold? Well, in this video I'll be casting the mask from the movie "The Mask" starring Jim Carrey. I 3D printed the model I found off of thingiverse and made a mold of it in petrobond sand. I melted down some scrap aluminum and poured the molten metal into the mold.
