The Ireland Market Discovery Workshop, as part of the Seeds of Bravery Project, took place online on May 23rd and over 3.5 hours detailed presentations and panel discussions covered the following areas: • Ireland’s thriving Startup Ecosystem & Infrastructure where €1.35 billion was invested into Irish SMEs in 2023 • Market Opportunities in ICT, CyberSecurity, MedTech and Sustainability • State support and regulatory environment; • The Investment landscape in Ireland Key Contributors to the Workshops included: • AxisBIC - Driving innovation and fostering the growth of start-ups in the South West of Ireland for 35 years. • IDA Ireland - A world leader in foreign direct investment opportunities and support. • Enterprise Ireland – Supporting & Funding Startups at every stage of their journey, to develop, grow and scale, and to achieve their global ambition • Local Enterprise Office - Offering a wide range of government and non-government supports to help businesses develop. • DLA Piper – Pro-Bono Legal Partner to the Seeds of Bravery Project • And many other participants from Local Industry Clusters; Universities; Business Angels, VCs The recording the Workshop is now available at: Seeds of Bravery are running Market Discovery Workshops in 20 different geographies. The workshops will enable Ukrainian start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs to gain an understanding of how a Ukrainian startup can integrate into the European Innovation Ecosystem.
