Bobcat Final Drive Brake Assembly Rebuild | MCR-T Series

Quick video showing how to reassemble the brake assembly on your Bobcat Final Drive. The video walks you through our assembly process of the Brake Assembly on an MCR6 "Flatty", it is NOT the exact way Bobcat builds them from factory. We offer tips and advice during the installation of the different components in the Brake Assembly. The style of drive is an MCR-T from Rexroth. We reference them as "Flatty", which is derived from its "Flat" style of sprocket. There are 3 possible versions of this drive that could be on your machine. The MCR5, MCR6, and the larger of the 3, the MCR10. Please check your Machine and Drive Motor before ordering parts. It is very likely for your Bobcat Machine to have multiple Drive Motor versions under one Model. Below you will see a list of models that carry the "Flatty" variation of Final Drives. If you still have questions feel free to reach out or comment below and we will get you an answer! Call if you have any questions, we rebuild these every day and are happy to help you with yours! We also offer pump rebuilds, gear pumps, undercarriage parts, rubber tracks and more for your model. NOTICE: Models listed below carry a "Flatty" variation of Final Drive. Please check your model before ordering parts. You can check out our channel for videos on telling the differences between the drives.
