Spandau Ballet began their Parade World Tour in Japan, and after selling out 5 nights in Tokyo, flew into Germany on Wednesday 21st November 1984 and went straight from the airport to a sold-out Dortmund Westfalenhalle Arena to perform a blistering set as co-headliners with U2 for German TV show Rockpop In Concert. This concert was first broadcast in January 1985. 2 days later Spandau were guests on another German TV show, Tommys Pop show with many of the World's biggest artists including Duran Duran. The next day both bands flew to London to take part in the Band-Aid recording session. This performance is the only concert film of this incredible, record-breaking world tour which ended at Live Aid. It has not been broadcast since the 1980s.
