Huddersfield’s sound system veteran Papa Burky recalls how the crew of Earth Rocker sound system came together. Stephen Burke (aka Papa Burky) was one of the original operators of the Earth Rocker sound system in the 1970s and 80s. Earth Rocker became one of the most famous and well-regarded sounds in Huddersfield in the 1980s. The interview was conducted and produced by Mandeep Samra and Gopal Dutta in Huddersfield in 2021.
