TR #44: The Curious Case of the 1.6 Gallon Kohler Wellcomme / Highcliff toilets of the 1990's
Since the Early 1990's (Circa 1992 or 1993), Kohler would release a 1.6 gallon versions of the Kohler Wellcomme (Standard Height) and the Highcliff (Comfort Height) toilets. These would be made up until Circa 1999 when these were replaced (for bad and for worse) with the Kohler Highcrest and it's Wellcomme and Highcliff spinoffs. This toilet is an interesting mix bag with it's shocking surprises, but notable downgrades. Let's take a look!
