TIKTOK: / peoplevfood FACEBOOK: / peoplevsfoodbyreact INSTAGRAM: / peoplevfood YOUTUBE CHANNELS: REACT: / react PEOPLE VS FOOD: / peoplevsfood BULLSEYE: / @reactbullseye Recipe: Ingredients Version 1: 3 cups AP Flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 ½ tsp cinnamon 1 cup unsalted butter (room temp) ½ tsp salt 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla bean paste Version 2: 3 cups AP Flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 ½ tsp cinnamon 1 cup unsalted butter (melted) ½ tsp salt 1 cup white sugar 1 egg 2 tsp almond extract Version 3: 3 cups GF flour 6 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup margarine ½ tsp salt 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond extract COOKING STEPS: 1. In 3 small bowls combine flour, baking powder/soda, and cinnamon. 1) 3 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 ⅕ cinnamon 2) 3 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 ½ cinnamon 3) 3 cups GF flour, 6 tsp baking soda, 2 tsp cinnamon 2. In 3 large bowls beat the butter or margarine with salt. 1) 1 cup unsalted butter (room temp) w/ ½ tsp salt 2)1 cup unsalted butter (melted), w/ ½ tsp salt 3)1 cup margarine , w/ ½ tsp salt 3. Gradually add in brown sugar or sugar and beat until smooth. 1)1 cup brown sugar 2)1 cup sugar 3)1 cup brown sugar 4. Add in eggs and flavoring and combine 1)1 egg, 2 tsp vanilla bean paste 2)1 egg, 2 tsp almond extract 3)1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond extract 5. On low speed, gradually incorporate the dry ingredients. COOKING STEPS: 6. Put the dough in the fridge to cool 1)1 hour 2)30 minutes 3)No chill time 7. Sprinkle flour on the surface and roll out the dough 8. Cut out Scooby Snacks 9. Then we’ll transfer them to the baking sheets and bake: 1) 375 for 7 minutes 2) 350 for 7 minutes 3) 400 for 7 minutes 10. Wrap the Scooby Snacks in gold foil. 11. Enjoy!
