Do they really sound THAT different?

In today's video I wanted to demonstrate what difference ( if any ) could be heard in a blind sound comparison between a thinline and solid body telecaster. I recorded a quick sound comparison of my Fender Custom Shop 63 Tele and my Two Tone Thinline Telecaster. This is not a totally apples to apples comparison as the pickups are different however I still wanted to do this for scientific reasons ( my own curiousity ). Let me know what you think down below! NOTE None of the audio for this was processed in any way, this is raw from the Mesa Rectoverb25 mic'd by the SM57 straight into the Focusrite 18i8.
