The problems surrounding us are really complex, they stem from different areas of or lives. However these problems needs to be solved and with immediate effect. This can be properly dealt with by bringing up a much sustainable approaches in solving these social and entrepreneurial problems. Ama Sefa-Dedeh Lartey is a young lady who is very passionate about how business and driven entrepreneurship can drive social transformation. She leads the Africa Region of Reach for change, an organisation which runs innovation, competitions, accelerators, incubators and hubs for social entrepreneurs in Ghana, Tanzania and other parts of Africa.
