Welcome to my channel! Today I am making Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage. There are so many recipes out there and all of them are delicious, but this is the one my family and I love the most. Making stuffed cabbage takes a lot of time, but I promise you, this recipe will not disappoint you. Ingredients: 2 medium savoy or green cabbage 1 lb. 15 oz (90 dkg) ground pork I used Pork loin 7 oz about 20 dkg rice 3 medium onion 1 cloves garlic Hungarian smoked sausage or chorizo 1 cup dill lemon juice from 1 medium lemon 6 cups water 8 Tbsp oil (I used olive oil this time) 6 Tbsp flour "packed" kitchen tablespoon (not measuring spoon) 2 Tbsp paprika for the stuffing and 1 1/2 Tbsp for the roux 1 1/2 tsp black pepper Salt (I used 1 1/2 Tbsp for the stuffing) Boiling water for separating the cabbage leaves :1/4 cup vinegar, 2 Tbsp salt .
