Per 12 juni nam Ambulancezorg Limburg hun nieuwe Mobiele Intensive Care Unit (MICU) met roepnummer 24-301 officieel in dienst. Dit na een maand aan rijvaardigheidstrainingen voor de ongeveer 25 chauffeurs van de ambulancepost Maastricht en instructies voor het intensivistenteam van het Maastricht UMC+. In deze video zijn enkele spoedritten van de oude MICU te zien, inclusief de één na laatste spoedrit op 27 mei vanaf het Elkerliek ziekenhuis in Helmond en de eerste spoedoverplaatsing van de nieuwe MICU op 17 juni vanaf het Catharina ziekenhuis in Eindhoven. Verder zijn beelden van het oude en nieuwe voertuig naast elkaar te zien, evenals diverse spoedritten van de nieuwe MICU in het kader van rijvaardigheidstrainingen. Am Mittwoch, dem 12.
