LIVING IN LIES. PART ONE: For years I lived in lies and in denial of my problems. I was to ashamed to admit that I had a problem with many things. My ego constantly got the better of me. In the end it all caught up with me. These stories of my past are just a few of the ROCK BOTTOMS I hit along the way before I almost ended it all. I couldn't see the damage i was causing around me, I was blinded by addiction and depression. I am sharing these stories as I found I have benefitted most from hearing the stories of those before me as it made me realise I am not alone. Im hoping that some may relate to my story and reach out to help before their problems get them in too deep with their addictions or they get them self in trouble with the law or at worse, Death. Which sadly is all to familiar with Addiction and Depression. Im Travis Young and here is My Story…
