Learn to Dock Start a Hydrofoil– Land Training Drills you can do anywhere to help you learn/improve!

Simple land training drills you can do anywhere to help you to learn to dock start a SURF FOIL / HYDROFOIL and to improve/progress quicker. I talk through some of the land training drills I did in my garage to help me learn to dock start a surf foil / hydrofoil which helped me to improve quicker. These simple lands drills can be performed anywhere with no equipment needed. They really help to improve the muscle memory of the key movements involved in dock starting. The drills will help you to progress with your take off, landing onto the board and with the rhythm/co-ordination of the pumping technique. I performed hundreds of reps of each drill which only takes minimal time but the impact was huge and reduced many negative water sessions and all of the unwanted falls/fails. Hopefully, these key land drills will help out with the learning process and encourage other people to get into this epic area of foiling!
