Cast aluminum is one of the more difficult things to weld. And this is the NASTIEST casting I’ve ever worked on. During a unfortunate series of events I cracked my custom Harleys inner primary. With a new one costing over $500 I knew it was worth trying to repair it. But this thing is FULL of impurities.
