#bootsandbountyhomestead #zone7B #zone7Bgardening #7B #7Bgardening Triple Citrus Sunshine Jelly Recipe (makes about 7 half pints) --4 1/2 cups juice (I do 1/2 cup lemon, 1/2 cup lime, 3 1/2 cups orange but you can change this if needed and add a little water to make it 4 1/2 cups) this can be fresh or store bought. --1 box sure-jell pectin --5 cups sugar Juice fruit if needed, add juice to pot. Add pectin, whish in and start heating Warm clean jars, prepare waterbath Bring juice and pectin to a rolling boil for 1 min Add sugar, whisk in Bring juice, pectin, sugar mixture to a rolling boil for 1 min Fill Jars to 1/4inch headspace, wipe rims Top with lids and rings, place in canner. Waterbath in boiling water for 10 mins. Remove jars and cover with towel to cool for 24 hours.
