The Nivy mall is a new supra-regional shopping centre located in the city of Bratislava, Slovakia. Inaugurated in September 2021, the Nivy mall is part of the Nivy Station, a mixed-use development comprising the shopping mall, a new airport-style international bus terminal, an office tower, and a fresh produce marketplace. The mixed-use development created a unique complex that combines travel, business, services, and leisure facilities. The Nivy Station is projected to become an important transport hub and a major social hub in the city. The complex sits on the site of the former bus station Mlynské Nivy, which was built in 1983. The approval for the start of construction of the mall was granted in March 2017. Construction then began in May the same year. The Nivy mall is located at Mlynske nivy street, in the Ružinov suburb in Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia. The location is at the centre of the business district. The shopping centre is close to Nivy Tower, a 125m-tall office building that is the tallest building in the country. The Nivy Station building has five floors, including a below-ground floor, which houses the bus station. The ground and first floors are home to retail stores while the second floor houses the marketplace and food court.
