I had a little stress in this video about some of the alerts my watch has been dinging me with - on Friday I got a lot of dings after multiple ECGs on my watch. I'm going to contact a GP about it. We'll see how that goes. Otherwise, I had Friday off so we went to the gym, did a little bit too much and it was pretty tiring but I think I'm getting better at rowing and whatnot! I've now decided what suit I'm going to be wearing which is great, just need to send back all of the other items I've had. Turns out taking them back is a little harder than I first thought it would be but not too bad!
