Spirit Run skip example for pug groups (optimized strat in description)

I get asked a lot how I kill the last wall early in my pug groups, so in the spur of the moment I decided to record it after I realized that this pug group was surprisingly okay for once. No flaming any of the other people in this video please, they were very solid pugs. Anyways, this is how I do it in a pug group. You want to do the initial goating to the first Shadow Portal spot as fast as possible so you can help out during the cap event, since some worse pug groups can and will wipe if you leave them as 9 man for too long. After you place the initial Shadow Portal, it's simply a matter of refreshing the timer on it a few times until the capture event ends. Once the cap event ends, run somewhere far away from the pugs where they won't notice your Shadow Portal and go run to the last wall. Rifle DE is much better for solo DPS than Staff DD (just make sure to actually take Sundering Shade... Deadly Aim doesn't do you much good.) In an average pug, you'll kill the last wall before the rest of them kills the previous one, so you can make use of the extra time you have to get up to the jumping puzzle button, and maybe even set up a Shadow Portal to get someone else up closer to the little gazebo-thing button. ==================================================== How to optimize this further for a group on comms? So as it turns out, the champion room doesn't actually need to be cleared! Getting all 9 of your pugs to take your portals and skip it is borderline impossible, (I speak from PLENTY of experience) so I only recommend this strat for statics. For this strat, you'll want to send 2 players to the last wall early, somewhere around 75% of the cap event being done. It should be a condi Firebrand and some other DPS to go with it, as you'll want good duo DPS. After you Shadow Portal them up there, continue refreshing the timer as usual, and once the event ends, have one of your Mesmer's place their Portal entry, take your Shadow Portal up, then have them open the Portal exit up on the spot up there to get the rest of the squad up. From there, the 8 player group simply takes the same path except you glide under the tree instead of on top of it, which will start the wall event like normal. You still have to kill all of the walls to complete the event, so just hit your buttons and win at that point. Music I stole: Cafe de Touhou stuff again. Volume is low because I didn't edit the video, too lazy
