And did you know Gaijin still haven't updated the X-ray view to move with the wings when they sweep back? The Su-17M4 is a very unique plane. At its battle rating, it has one of the largest air-to-air missile payloads in the game, taking the crown for the largest if you count the 2x Kh-29T TV-guided air-to-ground missiles as an option for air to air usage. With its whopping 268 large-calibre countermeasures and excellent energy retention, it's a very slippery target for the enemy, and though its flight performance isn't as good as many of the actual air superiority fighters in its BR bracket, force-feeding R-60Ms to your opponents at point-blank range doesn't require too much fancy flying. Combined with the utter comedy that is using Kh-29Ts against aircraft, and the Su-17M4 might just have one of the rarest qualities of all in any War Thunder vehicle: fun factor.
