Repair of a H20 Mop that produces cold water not steam - Part One

I have taken my H20 mop apart that was given to me in an attempt to get it working . The steamer would get a green light and would produce water from the nozzle when it was switched on. The water was cold. I have checked the ceramic Thermistor with my meter a KSD030 170C 240V which appeared to have a circuit. I have bought new as if this part does not switch off it will or could have cooked the heating element. I am suspecting the unit has been dropped. Not shown in the video is the outer boiler insulation that comes in two halves and is easily removed.
