Altered Glass Bottle Decor | Decoupage | DIY No Need To Cry I altered this glass bottle and turned it into a piece of art! I love how this came out! Using the decoupage technique. Stationary Knife 14.) 3 cups of water (One for paint, One for Glue brush, and one clean water for separating the tissue as well as roughing up the edges) 15.)
