Stage 20-31 is bit different to the other stages we have seen so far. Namely, that it is the first stage that requires a Nikke that can restore cover. And the only Nikke I'm aware of that can restore cover is Liter. Therefore, in order to clear this stage you will need: 1) A Nikke that can restore cover (Liter). 2) Strong DPS that can deal enough damage. Ideally, you would also want to have Helm on the team. As you will need a healer and don't want to lose out on Liter's massive attack buff. The caveat to using Helm as the healer is, Liter doesn't do that much damage, therefore, she does not heal that much. So you want to place Liter in a slot that is less likely to be targeted by the machine guns. If you have Modernia, she will make it a lot easier since her burst can help clear the circles as well as destroy the rocks during the first half of the battle. Finally, my team really lacked DPS, so I used Rupee for extra attack buff. Burst timing for first half of battle: if you're using a rocket launcher or a Nikke that generates burst energy really fast like Centi, you may have to look at timing the bursts. If your team is Centi, Liter, Modernia, Helm, and Scarlet. You want to trigger Modernia's burst just before the missiles launch. Otherwise, Modernia's burst would end too early and you won't be able to break the circles.
