Quick 20 minutes Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken Tikka Masala Quick chicken Tikka masala is read in no time with Lime and coriander Chicken pieces. The sauce is creamy, a little spicy, and packed with warming flavors. Finish each bowl off with boiled rice or serve with fresh naan. You’ll love it any day of the week. 3 tbsp oil 1 large onion, chopped finely 2 tablespoons ginger, crushed 4 cloves garlic, crushed 8-10 Cashews , soaked 3 tbsp tomato puree 400 canned tomato, or 3 large tomatoes 1 & ½ tsp Salt 1 & ½ Chilli powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric 2 tsp Cumin powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp Garam masala 1/4 cup water 4 packa of Najma Lime and coriander chicken pieces 1/2 cup Double cream 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves/ Kasuri meethi 3-4 Green chillies sliced Chopped coriander, to garnish In a large pan, heat up the oil on medium heat. Add finely chopped onions then saute but not browned. Add crushed ginger garlic and cook for a minute . Add in tomato paste and cook until darkened colour it will take around 4 minutes. Soak the cashews in hot boiling water for 10 minutes Then blend with the tomatoes pour in a pot and give it a good mix until everything is well combined. Spice it up with some salt, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala & stir to combine. Pour some water cover and cook until oil separates and masala is well cooked. For the chicken pieces I'm using najma ready to eat lime and coriander chicken pieces. Just add in a masala and give it a good mix. Cook the chicken and masala for another 45 minutes on a low medium heat until you see start bubbling. For the creaminess,add double cream and mix well. In the last add kasuri methi, green chillies and chopped fresh coriander. Give it a last mix. Serve hot with chappti, naan or rice. Enjoy!
