There are 17 very tight hairpins with practically no space to pass other cars. After the Lacets de Montvernier, we ascent over 1000 meters, drive past a small balcony section, reach the top of the pass at 1533 meters, and eventually descent down to Saint-Martin-sur-la-Chambre where D99 continues onto the D213.
