I first started off by washing the natural kinky hair, then DETANGLE the hair using a comb. Next, I blow dry the hair on a low setting and then apply a heat protectant. Followed by sectioning the hair in 3 sections. First from ear to ear then a middle part creating two sections at the top of the head and one section at the back.
