I contacted NWS in Valley and they confirmed this is the tornado that hit Bellevue based on the direction, wall cloud rotation, and transformer flashes. 0:00 - Windy afternoon with warm weather ahead of front 2:07 - Line of storms begins to materialize in the distance at sunset 4:28 - First tornado sirens go off 4:40 - Wall cloud with tornado hits, 70+ mph wind derecho 4:45 - Intense thunderstorms with huge gusts, downpours, and blinding lightning 5:35 - Storms clear out at dawn and bring in a clear and gorgeous day
