Hello all! :D A surprising personal favorite of mine, despite being often forgotten and frequently maligned for its box-on-wheels looks, the Talbot Sunbeam is a car that hides many interesting secrets with regards to its development and performance on the rally stage. Developed in only a mere 19 months due to Chrysler UK's liberal use of the parts bin, the Sunbeam helped to stave off bankruptcy for the former Rootes Group for at least four years, and in so doing not only created a perfectly serviceable family hatchback, but also one of the finest rally cars ever to enter the scene.
