Meditation: Light (60 Minutes) - The Best Binaural Beats

What is the best binaural beat frequency for a light (alpha) meditation? A crazy amount of research went into answering this question. Work began in February of 2020, when I started enlisting the help of professional researchers (with PhDs in neuroscience) to look at the body of studies that were conducted on people that were meditating, while having their brainwaves recorded with an EEG. Dozens of studies were read, and many finer points debated, by an international team before a single tone was produced for this set of meditations. The result is now ready for you to experience. Put on your headphones, get into your favorite upright (seated) position and get in the zone! Ultimately, every person is going to have their own unique experience. Using this track is done at your own risk -- if you start to experience any negative effects, STOP using it! Neural science is ever-changing and constantly open to re-interpretation. What's confirmed "absolute scientific truth" today can easily be marked as "scientifically disproved" tomorrow. My research team and I have done our very best to find and verify the most accurate, objective (and recent) information available, but new discoveries can render the information in this video obsolete at any time. I always encourage my viewers to be skeptical of anything they see on the internet, and to get their facts from multiple sources.
