Its Hybrid DCT Pilot Line covers an area of 2700 m² including sub-assembly area, final assembly area and test area. A total of 13 KUKA robots spread over 10 units compose the line, allowing a cycle time ≤ 110s. The assembly line is composed of : - Case flexible press station - Robotic gluing station - Flexible tightening unit - Auto measurement & shim selection station Realizing the assembly with robots instead of traditional conveyor & pallet system bring high flexibility to the production. The additional use of our robot 7th axle track maximize the flexibility of the assembly cells. Our robot tracks use mature and reliable standard design, fit for a wide variety of payload capacities, and has a length up to 25 meters. This alternative to the conveyor system has an average acceleration of 2.7 meters, and up to 3.2 meters.
