California Roaming: The SMART and BART Edition - March 2022

I'm starting a new mini series for some of my adventures around the state of California in March 2022. This edition looks at SMART (Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit) and BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains in the greater Bay Area. SMART currently runs from Larkspur to the Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa in the North Bay region. I look at their maintenance facility then catch the train in Santa Rosa, Cotati, and Petaluma. For BART I was along the Antioch-SFO line near the Walnut Grove Station. BART is in the process of phasing out its legacy fleet and entering new cars into service and I was able to catch both types of trains. Check Out My Social Media Pages!
