Why is Whiplash Hard to Treat?

Whiplash injury is not just a sprain/strain -- even with seemingly mild initial forces, a person can have many months of pain and dysregulation to perceptual, cognitive, and autonomic systems. Is there a clue in this complexity? A way we can approach whiplash treatment that targets its core dynamics? Here's my first video in prep for next Saturday's launch of my online course for Whiplash Treatment. We need to understand how the initial injuries of whiplash give rise to self-perpetuating dysregulations to the immune and nervous systems. If we can arrest these feedback loops, we may have a chance at accelerating a person's recovery.
